​Conner Pohl
Hitting Instructor
Conner is a 2017 Arcanum HS graduate. While at Arcanum, he was a three-sport athlete, playing golf, basketball, and baseball. He was named first-team All-Conference and Conference Player of the Year for two years. Connor attended Ohio State University, where he had a successful baseball career.

Andy Welches
Pitching Instructor
Andy was a 4-year Starter at Anderson University, All conference. He signed as a free agent for the Lawmen - Heartland League. Andy was the Pitching Coach at Grove City HS for three years before moving to Troy, Ohio. He has been a head coach with the Troy Bombers since 2020.

Chase Brown
Pitching, Hitting and Fielding Instructor
Chase is a 2008 Tipp City High School Graduate. He played at Miami University of Hamilton and had several great seasons there. After college, Chase served in the US Army and the Army Reserve. Today, Chase coaches at the collegiate level. He is the former Head Coach for Clark State in Springfield and is actively an assistant coach at Cedarville University.
